Return Policy for TrentFash

At TrentFash, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and in compliance with UK regulations.

Returns Eligibility:

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process:

Clearly state the reason for the return and provide details about the item(s) being returned. Pack the item(s) securely, including the RA number, and ship it to the provided return address.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a TrentFash error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.

Refund Process:

Exchanges:
